These terms govern your use of Mentor Council (mentorcouncil.com). By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Mentor Council connects mentees with mentors for short, focused calls, and provides AI-assisted tools for resume tailoring, mock interviews, and job search. Mentors are independent individuals, not Mentor Council employees — we facilitate the connection and scheduling, but are not a party to the advice given during a call.

Your account

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your resume and mentor profile.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Mentors are expected to honor calls they accept, and to represent their experience accurately.

AI-generated content

Resume rewrites, interview feedback, job match scores, and salary estimates are generated by AI based on the information you provide. They're meant to help you prepare — review everything before using it, and use your own judgment for decisions with real consequences (accepting a job offer, negotiating pay, etc.).

Acceptable use

Please don't use Mentor Council to:

• Misrepresent your identity, experience, or qualifications.
• Harass, spam, or solicit other users outside the platform's intended purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

Termination

You can stop using Mentor Council and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Mentor Council is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any specific outcome — a job offer, a successful interview, or a particular salary — from using the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the most recent change.
